We keep this simple. Latent Talent LLC ("we") runs latenttalent.ai. This page explains what we collect when you visit the site or talk with us, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to see visits, which buttons are clicked, and general details like device type and approximate location. It uses cookies to do this.
- Tracking codes in links. Some links we share include a short code so we know which message led to a visit or a booked call. The code itself contains no personal information.
- What you tell us. If you book a call or email us, we keep your name, email, company, the role you're hiring for, and anything else you choose to share.
How we use it
To understand which outreach is useful, to follow up with people who have shown interest, and to prepare for and run our conversations with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
A few services process information for us: Google (analytics and email), Calendly (scheduling) and Cloudflare (hosting). Each handles it under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for as long as Google Analytics retains it under our settings. Contact and conversation details are kept while we have an active relationship, and deleted on request.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, email hello@latenttalent.ai.
- To stop Google Analytics from recording your visits, you can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
